Joey Mendonza has been associated with Don Bosco Lonavla—and with me personally—for the past four years. Each year, our school has entrusted Joey and his team with the task of crafting a script based on a theme we provide. The result of Joey and Nellita’s collaborative efforts has always been a compelling script enriched with meaningful lyrics.

Joey’s musical compositions have been nothing short of extraordinary. With a remarkable range of styles, his music leaves a lasting impression, lingering in the minds of listeners long after the performance ends. Complementing the music, the two choreographers, Mahesh and Andy, bring an exceptional level of creativity to the stage, designing dance sequences that elevate the production.

The entire team is immensely talented, and their dedication shines through in every aspect of the musical. Despite the challenge of preparing the students within just 10 to 15 days—during school hours, no less—they consistently deliver a production of outstanding quality. Over the past three years, audiences have walked away with nothing but praise and admiration, showering the team with well-deserved compliments.

Because of their hard work and passion, our students have not only learned so much but have also thoroughly enjoyed being part of these musicals. Their commitment and talent have made a profound impact, and we are truly grateful for all that they do.
